Hello, and welcome to Moriah Massage. I’m Jen Meschke, a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2008 and a Registered Nurse since 2015 with a specialty in Labor and Delivery. My work is grounded in compassion, intuition, and a deep respect for the body’s natural ability to heal.

With over 15 years of experience in therapeutic bodywork, I blend a wide range of modalities — including deep tissue, neuromuscular therapy, trigger point work, Swedish massage, craniosacral technique, Thai stretching, and prenatal massage — to create sessions that are uniquely tailored to each person. Whether you’re seeking deep, focused relief or gentle relaxation, every session begins with listening: to your story, your goals, and what your body is asking for.

My nursing background enriches my massage practice with a deeper understanding of anatomy, physiology, and compassionate, patient-centered care. Working in labor and delivery has taught me the power of presence, grounding touch, and individualized support — qualities that flow directly into my work as a massage therapist.
